What is one way you have grown this year?
One way I’ve grown this year is learning to be patient with progress.
I used to expect results quickly and get frustrated when things took longer than I wanted. This year taught me that meaningful growth often happens quietly, behind the scenes. Whether it’s building a website, learning something new, or improving myself, I’ve learned to focus more on consistency than speed.
As James Clear wrote in Atomic Habits, “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” That idea changed how I think about success.
I’m still growing, but now I trust the process a little more than I did before.
