I love minimalism but…

Do you believe in minimalism?

Yes, I believe in minimalism, but not in owning fewer things for the sake of it.

To me, minimalism is about removing what doesn’t add value so you can make room for what does.

That’s one reason I love books. A single book can contain decades of experience, hard-earned lessons, and entire worlds of imagination, yet it takes up less space than most distractions we carry around every day.

The older I get, the more I realize that life isn’t about collecting more possessions. It’s about collecting better ideas, deeper understanding, and stories that stay with you long after you’ve finished the last page.

Perhaps that’s why my shelves are full of books while the rest of my life keeps getting simpler.

Did this post make you think differently about minimalism?
