If your future self could send you one sentence, what do you hope it would say?
If my future self could send me just one sentence, I hope it would say:
“You kept choosing books, curiosity, and kindness, and that decision quietly changed your life.”
I don’t dream of a future filled only with achievements, money, or applause. I dream of a future where the pages I turned helped me become a wiser parent, a calmer human, and a more thoughtful reader.
Every book is a letter from someone who lived, struggled, imagined, or discovered something worth passing on. I hope my future self would remind me that the small daily habit of reading was never small at all. It was the invisible bridge between who I was and who I was becoming.
Until that sentence arrives, I’ll keep adding one more book to the shelf and one more idea to the soul. 📚✨
